We made elderberry syrup this year from our beautiful elder tree.

To make the syrup, we used:

• fresh elderberries

• cinnamon sticks

• star anise

• fresh ginger

• cardamom pods

• cloves

• orange peel

• sugar (will substitute with honey after we harvest our own)

Shelf life is 6 months after canned but use within 2 weeks after opening.
